mixed experience due to room issues
the location was convenient, right next to the tram and bus station.
the room was located in the attic. it was hot, exceeding 30 degrees. sleeping at night was nearly impossible with such temperature. the ac ventilator, positioned very close to the bed, blew air directly on me, so using it was not an option (i found this very inconvenient).

amazing location, what a find!
excellent location free transport bigger room friendly staff
the hotel location is excellent, its right by the train station. the baselcard is great because it gave free public transport. our room got upgraded, a bigger room! the staff, wow, super friendly!

train station many shops friendly staff
The hotel's proximity to the train station was definitely a plus. I found many shops and restaurants located within a short walking distance. The staff were friendly, cute, and helpful .
My room faced the main road and was noisy through the night!

The staff was very kind and helpful with directions, and I could securely store my bag after checking out. I also received assistance with carrying my suitcase, a service I greatly appreciated. The receptionists were friendly and professional.

The location was convenient near the train station. The room was clean. The breakfast was decent. The value was great.
The check-in process was complicated. There was no elevator to reach some floors. I had to carry my bags up the stairs.

Elevators are available for access to Double Deluxe Rooms and the Family Suite. Economy Rooms can only be reached by elevators to the first floor, then stairs follow. Is there an option to arrange an early morning transfer to the airport?
